    Rescheduling Policy
    If, for any reason, your one-on-one session does not take place at the scheduled time the session will be rescheduled within seven (7) days, subject to availability.

    Strict No Refund Policy
    All bookings for one-on-one sessions are final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

    By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

    No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, dissatisfaction, or failure to attend.

    Payments made secure your time slot and are not transferable to monetary reimbursement.

    Non-Attendance / Missed Sessions

    If a participant fails to attend a scheduled one-on-one session at the agreed time without prior notice, the session may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

    Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    By booking and completing payment for a one-on-one session, you acknowledge that the service has been reserved exclusively for you.

    Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving confirmation of the booking may be considered a violation of these Terms of Service.

    We reserve the right to provide payment processors and financial institutions with documentation confirming the booking, these Terms of Service, and communication records in order to dispute any chargeback claims.

    Recording and Redistribution

    One-on-one sessions are private and confidential. Recording, reproducing, distributing, livestreaming, or publicly sharing any part of the session without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

    We reserve the right to take appropriate action if any recordings or content from sessions are shared or distributed without authorization. With all legal fees being charged to the offender

    No Guarantee of Outcomes

    All sessions, spiritual guidance, advice, or prophetic ministry provided during one-on-one sessions are intended for spiritual encouragement, personal reflection, and guidance.

    We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, financial success, healing, or life changes resulting from participation in a session. Each individual remains responsible for their own personal decisions and actions.

    Respectful Conduct

    Participants are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately during all sessions.

    We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a session if a participant engages in abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

3. Offerings, Donations, and Gifts

  • Voluntary Contributions: We accept voluntary offerings, donations, and gifts from individuals who wish to support the mission of our church. These contributions can be made at any time through our website.
  • Tax Deductibility: As a registered non-profit organization, donations made to us may be tax-deductible. However, we advise you to consult with a tax advisor regarding eligibility for deductions.
  • No Refund Policy: Contributions, including donations and gifts, are non-refundable. Once a donation or gift is processed, it cannot be returned.
